I have been attracted to the Massai way of life since I first laid eyes on them in 1981 after fleeing to Kenya with my family at age 16. Among the East African tribes, the Massai have held onto their traditional way of life the longest. "Massai Land" is a balance of the massai red tunics to the brown of their semi arid african homeland.
